Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of the product. We accept opened bottles. We would rather hear from you than have you keep something that is not working for you.
How to start a return or refund
Email info@pegasusproducts.com or call 866-527-6104 with your order number and a brief note about the reason. We will confirm your request and send return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can track your return and process your refund promptly.
Return shipping
For returns based on preference or satisfaction, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and refund the order in full including shipping.
International returns
For international orders, please contact us before returning anything. Return shipping from outside the United States often costs more than the product itself. In most cases we will resolve the issue without requiring a return.
Restocking fee
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, we process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace or refund it in full at no cost to you, and you do not need to return the item unless we ask.
Order cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it ships. Email info@pegasusproducts.com as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not gone out.
Non-returnable items
All products are eligible for return under the terms above.
Before you file a dispute
If your order has not arrived, or something is not right, please contact us at info@pegasusproducts.com or 866-527-6104. We respond within 1 to 2 business days and resolve most issues immediately. Filing a dispute with your bank takes considerably longer than letting us fix it directly.
